Major stress has been
given to create and develop Automatic Systems in the production
line of all the four manufacturing units of the company.
Salient features of the production features are:
- Automatic
Bulk Unloading and Loading of basic raw materials like
Base Lube Oils; Lower Distillation Cut Hydrocarbon Liquids;
Polyhydric Alcohols; Denatured Alcohols etc.
- Industrial
Type Super Centrifuges for clearing liquid raw materials
from all physically separable contaminants including water.
- Extensive
pipeline systems with Gear and Centrifugal Pumps for transfer
of base liquids to Reaction Kettles and down stream filters
and centrifuges to ensure contaminant free liquids for
reaction.
- Mechanical
Stirring as well as Close Circuit Circulation devices
for mixing and reaction purpose.
- Automatic
temperature control device during processing stage.
- Automatic
filling, sealing and labeling devices to handle bulk manufacture
handling and despatch of finished goods to destinations.
- Conveyor
System and Mechanical Trolleys for easy mobility.
To cope
up with increasing demands of the Company's varied range
of products, adequate and complete facilities have been
developed for Computer Aided Accounting; Inventory Control;
Despatch Programme and Billing etc. The Company's Corporate
Head quarters at Kolkata is fully computerised to carry
out the business of different disciplines.
